This demo works with text in the formats shown below. PDF uploads and a WooCommerce connection are not available yet. You can download a CSV for review, but it is not ready to import into your store.
Supported format and limitations
Order metadata uses PO:, Buyer:, Currency: and optionally Requested date:. Each item uses SKU QUANTITY UNIT UNIT_PRICE LINE_TOTAL. A header-based CSV, tab or pipe table is also supported. Catalog headers are sku,name,unit,unit_price,currency,aliases. Separate approved aliases with |.
Matching is exact and case-sensitive. No fuzzy matches, inferred unit conversions, taxes, discounts, OCR or order-history duplicate detection. This demo flags repeated SKUs within the current order only. Use a decimal point and prices with no currency symbols or thousands separators.
Correct the source text or catalog and review again to resolve blocking errors. Do not change a catalog price merely to hide a genuine customer-price discrepancy. Input limits: 250,000 characters and 1,000 rows.

First, we’ll talk through your process and arrange a check using five orders with customer details removed. We’ll agree how to handle any PDFs before you share them.
Before you pay, we’ll put the scope, what counts as success, data handling and payment terms in writing. There’s no automatic subscription.

Will it save us time?
That’s what the trial is for. We don’t have customer results yet. We’ll measure the full process on your orders, including time spent checking and correcting mistakes.
What if we already use an order tool?
If it works well, keep it. OrderDraft may be useful if your team still spends time checking catalog matches or fixing order details. We can talk through that before you try it.
Who checks the order?
You do. The demo blocks downloads when it finds unknown items, conflicting units or currencies, or totals that don’t add up. You also need to check price differences and repeated items against the original order.
What happens to data I paste here?
The demo processes it in memory in your browser tab. We do not save it to browser storage, transmit it, or use it for training. Clear the inputs or close the tab when finished; downloads remain on your device. Your browser may have its own recovery behavior.
What happens after the pilot?
We’ll look at the results together. Any ongoing service or store connection would be agreed separately; neither is included in this trial.

Privacy and pilot status
OrderDraft is an early-stage product. Use the contact form above for questions about the trial or your information. OrderDraft is not affiliated with WooCommerce or Automattic.
The demo has no document uploads, account creation, tracking pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider receives ordinary request information needed to serve this site. When you use the contact form, Netlify stores your email and message so we can respond to your inquiry. Any follow-up email is handled through Microsoft Outlook. Please do not include sensitive customer documents before a separate agreement about how they will be handled.
Contact us to request correction or deletion of inquiry information, or to stop follow-up. We do not sell inquiry details or add you to a mailing list. Necessary business, consent and opt-out records may be retained. Any paid-pilot processing, retention and subprocessors will be disclosed and agreed separately before data collection.
